Our Grapevine location is located at the Baylor Medical Plaza building. This is a gray 3 story building located at the south-east corner of the intersection of Highway 114 and Southlake Blvd/Wall street.

Directions to Irving (Las Colinas) Location
From Eastbound Highway 635
Exit the MacArthur exit.
At the light, stay on the service road and continue eastbound.
Slow down when you pass Applebee's™ restaurant on your right,
Make a right into the parking lot of the Baylor Medical Center at Irving Coppell.
Drive south to Plaza 2 (South entrance).
Go to the 3rd floor.
From Westbound Highway 635
Exit the MacArthur exit.
At the light, make a U turn onto the eastbound Highway 635 service road
Slow down when you pass Applebee's™ restaurant on your right,
Make a right into the parking lot of the Baylor Medical Center at Irving Coppell.
Drive south to Plaza 2 (South entrance).
Go to the 3rd floor.

From Eastbound Highway 114 in Grapevine
Exit the Northwest highway/Southlake Bvld
Stay on the service road and proceed to the second light.
Make a left on Wall Street
Go past the light and the Shell Gas station.
Make the first right after the gas station
Drive to the parking lot of Baylor Medical Plaza
We are located on the third floor.
From Westbound Highway 114
Exit the Southlake blvd/Wall street exit and immediately slow down.
Baylor Medical Plaza is to your immediate right.
Make a sharp right before the Shell gas station into the parking lot of Baylor Medical Plaza
We are located on the third floor.
(Alternatively, exit at the Southlake Blvd/Wall Street exit and make a right at the light onto Wall street.
Take the second right into the parking lot of Baylor Medical Plaza).
